Meet Rosie

Always proactive, never reactive, Rosie Hayer uses her vast experience and insights to keep her clients ahead of the curve regardless of the fluctuating real estate market. Rosie has meticulously placed her tools and teams to skillfully represent a broad client demographic, from first-time buyers, investors, and sellers to flip projects. She has mastered over 12 strategies in helping people sell and reinvest in real estate, which is rare in this industry. An active investor herself, Rosie holds Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist (CPRES), Residential Investment Expert, and Certified Home Marketing Specialist designations.

Rosie’s inspiration to strive for greatness dates back to her humble childhood, where she developed self-taught strategies to achieve her goals. She used them to graduate as valedictorian of her university class with a bachelor’s degree in computer science and engineering and to begin her career as a strategy consultant for a Fortune 500 company.

As a Team Leader, Rosie realized that the customer experience is only as good as the team that delivers it, and so she set out to perfect it. She learned the art of negotiation, efficiency, and how to energize a team of diverse people with varying skill sets by taking in-person courses with Chris Voss, a former FBI negotiator and CEO of the Black Swan Group. With this intense training she is able to bolster her innate skill, Rosie leaves nothing on the table.

As an Entrepreneur for over 12 years Rosie realized information and certifications alone will only go so far. She knew deep down learning and developing a skill around human behavior is key to set her team apart. Currently she is in Mastery program of World’s #1 behavior expert in the world to bring a competitive advantage for her people. As a Founding Member of Applied Behaviour Research, one thing she understands well is people and how to understand one’s needs. She helps identify unspoken needs of buyers and sellers to close unclosable deals.

Rosie became interested in real estate while searching for her true potential and wanting to make a greater impact. She built a strong business in Real estate with her talent for turning challenges into opportunities. One example is Rosie’s purchase of her first home during the Great Recession in 2008 when she purchased her first property and transformed it for great earnings. Instantly she realized the opportunity Real Estate holds for people. She marked her early career in this business by earning a Rookie of the Year award, and she subsequently won the highest honor of achievement, the Eagle Award, from her previous brokerage. Rosie’s method of providing genuine value is to continually improve upon her skills and knowledge and attract like-minded agents to form a powerhouse team.

In addition to the joys of raising her son with her husband, Rosie loves to read self-improvement and business books, take impromptu drives to unplanned destinations, and appreciate Austin’s art and music scene. She also volunteers for great causes and dedicates her time to lift others around her, particularly inspiring young entrepreneurs, Austin Business women Network, the Austin Angels, and community enrichment projects.
